MetraTech Lands New Customer, DTCC

MetraTech Corp. said today at the Billing & OSS World Conference & Expo it has landed a new customer.

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is using the MetraNet 6.0 billing and customer care platform. DTCC operates a complex financial clearinghouse; the company says it needed a system that will allow it to develop new products while being able to fully audit existing ones.

DTCC customers now receive detailed account summaries and can drill down as much as they like. They also can manage the data however they like, export it to spreadsheets and reduce the need for paper invoices.
