Exhibitor Tools

Thank you for exhibiting at 2010 B/OSS! Below you will find tools that should come in handy while you are planning for the event.

Exhibitor Registration

Four complimentary Exhibitor badges are allotted per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional Exhibitor badges are only $25. As an exhibitor, you have access to the show floor and keynote presentation. Exhibitors may upgrade to a Full Package at the exhibitor rate of $647.50 per person. There is no limit to the number of exhibitor badges that may be purchased for your staff. However, no more than 4 exhibitors may occupy each 10’x10’ booth space at any given time. You may register online by clicking here. You will need your username and password.

An e-mail address is a required field for each registration. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include a barcode. Please be sure to print this confirmation and bring it with you to the Conference Registration area to print your badge. Our registration process allows you to pick up your badge at one of our self-service kiosks by merely scanning the barcode.

Shipping Information

There are two places that you may ship your booth to for the show- the advance warehouse and directly to show site. Further information can be found on p.70 of the Exhibitor Kit.

Advance Warehouse

Shipping to the Advance Warehouse is always the preferred method. If shipping to the Advance Warehouse, you will have enough time to track your shipment and make sure that it has arrived before the show. In addition, your freight will be delivered to your booth upon move-in. Items may be delivered to the warehouse from 05/10/2010 through 06/01/2010. Direct Shipments

If necessary, items may be shipped directly to the show site. This is not the preferred method for shipping your booth, as many carriers will not guarantee a delivery time, and you may not receive your shipment until the last minute. Also, it does not allow you much time to track your shipment. Shipments to the show site are generally used for last minute marketing materials and giveaways. Shipments may only arrive on or after June 9, 2010 if shipped directly to the show. You can download the show site shipping label from the Exhibitor Kit, p.72.
