Taking Revenue Assurance to the Next Level (With Business Assurance)
Most companies, having placed controls on switch-to-bill relationships, understand that these don’t completely address leakage sources. Other processes also have direct costs that need to be better controlled and managed. We will answer questions such as:

- What are CSPs doing regarding margin assurance?
- What could CSPs be doing regarding other critical business processes like dealer incentives management, collections, customer care and others?
- What could be the revenue assurance team role in the future?

Driving Revenue in Next-Gen Networks
As data consumption explodes, revenue growth is lagging far, far behind. Operators need to consider a new business model that can capitalize on the real value of added bandwidth — one that follows that of the application and content providers, yet with the advantage of an ongoing relationship with the subscriber. Through analytics, customer profiles and real-time usage data, service providers can promote and deliver “the right app at the right time” to their subscribers — and finally begin capturing their share of the data revenue gold mine.

From M2M to App Stores - Succeeding in the Hyperconnected World
Telcos are facing a difficult choice: focus on being a pure network operator or compete in the over-the-top, app economy. Choosing the latter introduces a new class of competitor, including technology companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, IBM and Amazon. This session will describe how telcos — wireless, broadband and cable — can equip themselves to succeed in this smart device-enabled market. Characterized by dynamic business models, undefined ROI and strategic partner ecosystems, the hyperconnected world presents unparalleled opportunity for growth and, ultimately, control of the app economy. Service providers wanting to succeed in the hyperconnected world will leave this session with a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Protecting Margins and Creating Value through Pricing & Ordering Process Excellence
To maintain revenue levels during the recent recession, many communications providers resorted to buyer-drive n sales models that allowed for real-time pricing and discounting to meet competitive prices. This left providers vulnerable to customers exploiting pricing issues created by real-time pricing changes backed by little institutional control. As the recession ends, providers need to embrace more effective management, communication and enforcement of pricing and discounting policies across all sales channels to substantially reduce practices that impact profitability. This presentation will examine today's typical selling processes, identify shortcomings that allow for revenue leakage and explore solutions that will maintain sales flexibility.

Infosys iBillCare Platform Solution: A consolidated approach to outsourced billing and customer care
Communications service providers (CSPs) outsource operations such as inbound/outbound call centers and order-to-cash systems to improve operational efficiency. However, it becomes cumbersome to coordinate, control and monitor operations with multiple third-party vendors. CSPs thus need an end-to-end solution hosted by single vendor to manage their processes ranging from customer service delivery to order-to-cash cycle cost effectively. Our session showcases iBillCare, Infosys’ billing and customer care platform solution which provides best-in-class processes with an integrated application suite. This easy-to-deploy solution ensures billing accuracy and prompt tariff launch. It is optimized at process and technology layers to avoid setup implications.
