As we move toward seamless mobility between networks, users will no longer be tied to a single network operator for all aspects of a call including billing. This presentation will look at the increasingly complex business rules and other challenges that result when network sharing channel partners and over-the-top content providers transition into this transparent access model. Clearwire is encountering today what many service providers will be facing in the near future and will share lessons learned and challenges still being addressed and provide meaningful information for all carriers dealing with rapidly increasing data usage on their networks.
