Exhibitor Kit
The exhibitor kit is easy to navigate and will allow you to print out the entire kit or only certain pages at a time. The exhibitor kit contains very important information about the show, so please be sure to read through it thoroughly for important deadlines and order forms.
Exhibitor Registration
Four complimentary exhibitor badges are allotted per 10" x 10" booth. Additional Exhibitor badges are only $25. Exhibitors may upgrade to the Full Conference Package at the exhibitor rate of $645 per person.
Update Your Exhibitor Listing
Please make sure that you have updated your Exhibitor Listing. Your listing will be used for your company listing online and in the Show Guide.

As a B/OSS Live! participating vendor, you have the privilege of extending a FREE Basic Package pass or 50% off a Full Package pass to ten of your most valued customers. This offer is valid for qualified communications service providers only.
Shipping Information
There are two places that you may ship your booth to for the show- the advance warehouse and directly to show site. Further information and mailing labels are included in the exhibitor kit.
Shipping to the Advance Warehouse is always the preferred method. If shipping to the Advance Warehouse, you will have enough time to track your shipment and make sure that it has arrived before the show. In addition, your freight will be waiting for you in your booth upon move-in. Items may be delivered to the warehouse beginning February 14th and no later than March 7, 2011.
Direct ShipmentsIf necessary, items may be shipped directly to the show site. This is not the preferred method for shipping your booth, as many carriers will not guarantee a delivery time, and you may not receive your shipment until the last minute. Also, it does not allow you much time to track your shipment. Shipments to the show site are generally used for last minute marketing materials and giveaways. Shipments may only arrive on or after March 13, 2011 if shipped directly to the show.
