The fundamental drivers for cloud services are in place and service providers can add tremendous value by providing policy control, charging, security and a flexible service creation and development environment. The key to providing this is to have supply chain efficiency and the ability to flexibly assign, allocate, partition and deliver on policy-controlled infrastructure in an environment that includes third parties. This session will explore the service delivery and other frameworks necessary to realize the potential of those fundamental drivers of cloud.
