B/OSS World: Nexus Soft-Launches Active Revenue Assurance

Nexus Telecom is soft launching NexusARA, an active revenue assurance solution at the Billing & OSS World Conference & Expo this week.

The functionalities of NexusARA – namely CDR reconciliation, billing verification and fraud detection – previously were combined with the company’s mediation product, NexusMEDIATION.

Elias Rafoul, director of business development for Nexus Telecom, said the revenue assurance pieces were broken out because customers have begun to request componentized functions in their RFPs.

Rafoul said NexusARA works with NexusMEDIATION, but is not interdependent. Both products can be used with other vendor solutions.

General availability of NexusARA is expected in second quarter with a hard launch planned for TeleManagement World next month.
