The Service Assurance Forum is a unique webinar series designed to create high level information on service assurance, an increasingly important aspect of the OSS World.

The growing importance of service assurance reflects service provider awareness that service quality will play a significant competitive role as the services they deliver become more complex and demand more network resources and abilities.

THE GOAL

The goal is to stimulate thought among technology developers around the service assurance challenge, and to create a venue where the ideas can be presented and discussed with an elite audience of OSS professionals deeply involved in service assurance work.

THE FORMAT

By adopting the RFI format, the SA Forum will catalyze a specific discussion around a defined service assurance challenge. The RFI format will move the discussion from mere rhetoric to interacting with the audience online at the intersection between customer engagement, technology and the service provider’s business model.

THE PRESENTERS

The presenting companies will be given an opportunity to show in detail through a webinar presentation how their approach to service assurance fits with the industry’s needs and interests in developing deeper levels of service assurance to an elite audience in a structured, but interactive format.
